The role of the EMEA Key Account Team is to support the national KYOCERA Document Solutions teams, which include 14 sales subsidiaries and the KYOCERA Document Solutions International Sales organisation, which is responsible for all EMEA countries outside Western Europe.
The EMEA Team provides fundamental support in acquiring and coordinating all international activities associated with global account management across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as with our fellow KYOCERA Document Solutions organisations in the Americas and Asia. Our core objective is to assist large corporations in the international standardisation of their current office output management and workflow. The EMEA Key Account Team is part of the German-based European Sales & Marketing Centre of KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe B.V.
Furthermore, the EMEA Key Account Team is supported by the European Service Centre (ESC), the European Management Information System (EMIS) and KYOCERA Technology Development Europe (KTDE).
We work very closely with our 80 distribution partners, who are located in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with the exception of South Africa where we have a fully owned
KYOCERA Document Solutions subsidiary. Our distribution partners comprehensively understand the requirements of international customers and provide best-in-class support service.
We know that many corporations’ businesses are not limited to EMEA. Our KYOCERA Document Solutions organisations in the Americas and Asia are able to provide you an interface to all other countries around the world. Of course, our EMEA Key Account Team will still coordinate all activities surrounding your requirements: “one-face-to-the-customer”.
