MAIN GOAL
To support and help the Manager Sales Planning in order to achieve the departmental objective that KME can grow and expand sales, to plan, support, evaluate and improve measures and actions from the viewpoint of Pan European activities.

TASKS TO BE HANDLED INDEPENDENTLY

- Make presentation of Sales Promotion and Special Program with advice from Manager Sales Planning
- Evaluate and analyze results of the promotions and the programs with advice from Manager Sales
- Planning
- Organize internal meeting
- Make records of meeting
- Make Price List
- Make various documents
- Coordination tasks
- Act as a substitute for Sales Planning Manager in his/her absence (administrative related)
- Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management personnel as required

KNOWLEDGE

- PC operating knowledge and computer network knowledge
- Good skills of PowerPoint and Excels
- Good communication ability in English and Japanese (speaking and writing abilities)
- General knowledge about our products
- General Sales, Planning, Analyzing and coordination skills
- Negotiation skills
